The Challenge
Low, heavy limbs from a mature maple hung across the driveway and brushed vehicles and the garage roof. The homeowners wanted clearance without losing the shade the tree provides in summer.
The Plan
We agreed on a selective pruning scope focused on the lowest limbs and a few crossing branches. Cones and signage kept the driveway clear, and ground protection was laid over the lawn edge.
The Work
The crew removed selected limbs in sections, lowered material carefully, and kept cuts at appropriate points rather than reducing the whole crown.
The Result
The driveway now has clear headroom for vehicles, the roofline is free of contact, and the canopy keeps its natural shape. Debris was chipped and removed as agreed.
