The written estimate and accepted service agreement define scope, price, scheduling, cleanup, exclusions, and payment terms. Changes are confirmed with the customer.
Site Access and Customer Responsibilities
Customers should disclose known access restrictions, property boundaries, underground services, and relevant hazards. Responsibilities are defined in the actual service agreement.
Permits and Local Requirements
Tree work may be subject to local regulations or permits. The service agreement states which party is responsible for confirming and obtaining approvals.
Scheduling and Weather
Weather, site conditions, emergencies, and other practical factors may affect scheduling. We will communicate changes as early as possible.
